My time with
Downtown Niagara Falls BIA
The primary objective of the Business Improvement Association (BIA) was to strategize and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing the visibility and prosperity of businesses situated in Downtown Niagara Falls. The overarching goal was to attract and engage tourists, enticing them to immerse themselves in the distinctive local charm and offerings of the area.
01
Sending Press Releases
Initiating our campaign efforts commenced with the distribution of press releases. This initial step held significant importance, as it served to cultivate organic engagement with our campaign, establishing a foundation for broader awareness and interest.
02
Writing Copy
In my role, I assumed responsibility for crafting the copy featured in all promotional materials, collaborating closely with our graphic designers to ensure a cohesive and compelling presentation of our messaging.

03
Scheduling Content
I composed captions and scheduled the content for the campaign. During the scheduling process, a key emphasis was placed on selecting optimal posting times, informed by insights gleaned from our prior analytic reports. Maintaining a focus on crafting engaging posts was imperative, with a mindful approach to prevent overwhelming our audience by avoiding excessive repetition of content.
